This foundation is focused on providing funding for injured Veterans so that they are able to participate in life-changing adaptive sports. Oak Park Friends School incorporated a lot of "out-of-the-box" ideas, that you might not think of using in a school setting. One example: we installed acoustic wall panels on the walls & office doors behind the reception desk. These acoustic wall panels double as a design feature and help to lessen any echoing. ⁠

We did the construction on what was once a garage. We actually converted this garage into what is now Stix n Brix. Stix n Brix is a wood fire pizza restaurant, and Cafe in Chicago. For this project we had to reinforce the floor from the basement to carry the new loads of the slab!
