Employees, clients, trade partners, family, and friends gathered to celebrate this milestone and reflect on the journey that transformed a small startup into a nationally recognized commercial general contractor.
New Path’s First Office – 2016
New Path’s story began in a modest warehouse and office space in Roselle, Illinois, with a vision to build more than projects. Over the next decade, that vision continued to grow. What started in a small warehouse evolved into a company capable of designing and constructing its own headquarters in St. Charles, Illinois — a reflection of the growth, culture, and values that continue to drive the organization today.
Over the past ten years, New Path has expanded beyond Illinois to serve clients across multiple states and markets throughout the country. The company has successfully delivered projects in the multifamily, retail, automotive, fuel and convenience, self-storage, industrial, and commercial sectors while continuing to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
New Path Team – 2019
Recent years have brought several significant milestones, including the opening of offices in Dallas-Fort Worth and Scottsdale, Arizona, as well as the addition of in-house architectural and design services. These expansions have strengthened New Path’s ability to support clients from initial concepts through construction completion while continuing to grow its presence nationwide.
While the company has experienced tremendous growth, its foundation has remained unchanged. The trust of its clients, the dedication of its employees, and the support of its trade partners continue to drive New Path forward.
