New Path’s First Office – 2016
From a small warehouse and office space in Roselle, Illinois, to designing and building its own headquarters in St. Charles, every chapter of New Path’s story has been built on ambition, hard work, and a commitment to continuous growth. What began as a small team with a bold vision has grown into an established company known for delivering quality projects, building lasting partnerships, and creating opportunities for its people. Those same values continue to shape New Path as it looks toward the future.
Over the past ten years, New Path has expanded beyond Illinois to serve clients across multiple states and markets throughout the country. The company has successfully delivered projects in the multifamily, retail, car wash, fuel and convenience, self-storage, industrial, and commercial sectors while continuing to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Recent years have brought several significant milestones, including the opening of offices in Dallas-Fort Worth and Scottsdale, Arizona, the launch of in-house architecture and design services, and the addition of a dedicated financial solutions division.
